International Postage
If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you via Australia Post. Your parcel can be send by Standard Air, or Express, and will be calculated on checkout for your zone. It will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.
Due to the small size of our business, we will not be registering to collect VAT on behalf of European customers at this time. You will be required to pay VAT on delivery.
NOTE- Unfortunately we cannot send orders to the UK at this time, due to compliance costs of the new Brexit VAT regulations.
Canada
Canada has a flat rate of $26CAD or $36CAD Express. You will be charged GST on delivery, and a small customs handling fee.
Delivery Times
Standard International is 6+ business days.
Express International is 2 to 4 days to metropolitan centres.

Damage or Loss
Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the provided timeframe.
