Your parcel will be sent directly to you using reliable Australia Post.
Standard Flat Rate $19USD $25CAD
Express Flat Rate $25USD $34CAD
You will not be charged Australian Goods and Services Tax.
Australia has a Free Trade Agreement with both USA and Canada, so will not be charged a customs tariff, as our products are made in Australia.
You are responsible for any customs duties on delivery. Canadian customers are usually charged GST and a small handling fee on delivery, but sometimes no fees at all. We are currently under the nexus for sales tax in USA.
Delivery Times
Standard International is 6+ business days.
Express International is 2 to 4 days to metropolitan centres.

Damage or Loss
Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the provided timeframe.
International Postage
CHANGES FROM 1 JULY 2021-Due to the small size of our business, we will not be registering to collect VAT on behalf of European customers at this time. You will be required to pay VAT on delivery. Customs may also be slower as a result of our lack of registration.
NOTE- Unfortunately we cannot send orders to the UK at this time, due to compliance costs of the new Brexit VAT regulations.
If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you via Australia Post. Your parcel can be send by Standard Air, or Express, and will be calculated on checkout for your zone. It will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.
